As running outside gained popularity in 2020, so did treadmill running. Many people discovered what moms of young children already knew — treadmill running is a saving grace when you can’t leave your house. Treadmills come in handy when your kids are too young to be left alone so you can run, or they are napping, or you’re in quarantine, or the weather is bad, the list goes on.
